When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, email address, enquiry details, area of help, service requirement, priority, and any file you choose to attach.
How we use it
Information is used to review your enquiry, respond, prepare an estimate where requested, and keep business correspondence related to the request.
Service providers
The consultation form uses Web3Forms to deliver enquiries. Quote requests pass through a Cloudflare Worker, and attached files are stored in Cloudflare R2 so the request can be reviewed. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and email delivery providers may process message metadata.
Your language preference
If you switch language, the site stores that choice in your browser so the next page opens in the same language. It is not sent to us.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for handling the enquiry, project scoping, business records, security, or legal obligations. You may request deletion of information that is not required to be retained.
Security
Reasonable technical measures are used, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, private keys, licence keys, or production credentials through website forms.
