Implementation

Structure the project from blueprint to a stable go-live.

A successful SAP Business One implementation is more than configuration. Scope, data, controls, testing, and ownership need to land together — for a new system or a re-implementation.

What's included

What we can review and deliver

01

Business blueprint and fit-gap

Document how each process should run and where the standard system fits or needs adjustment.

02

Financial setup

Chart of accounts, dimensions, VAT groups, account determination, and period structure.

03

Operational configuration

Purchasing, sales, inventory, warehouses, pricing, and approval procedures.

04

Data migration

Master data and opening balances prepared, loaded, and reconciled to the legacy system.

05

Testing and cutover

User acceptance testing, reconciliation, and a documented cutover plan.

06

Training and handover

Role-based training, Arabic and English document layouts, and post-go-live stabilization.

Working principle

Configuration follows the agreed process. We do not configure first and ask the business to adapt later.

When this helps

Signs it is time to look at this

  • You are moving from spreadsheets or an entry-level accounting package to an ERP.
  • A previous implementation went live but the business still works around the system.
  • You are opening new branches, companies, or warehouses and need a structure that scales.
  • VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing must be part of the design from the start.
How we approach it

A controlled sequence, not guesswork

  1. DiscoverWorkshops with finance and operations to map processes, reports, and constraints.
  2. DesignBlueprint, data templates, and a scope everyone signs off.
  3. Build and testConfigure, load data, test real scenarios, and fix gaps before go-live.
  4. Go live and stabilizeControlled cutover, first-period close support, and handover.
Questions

Common questions

Can you take over an implementation that is already in progress?

Yes. We start with a review of what has been configured, what data has been loaded, and what is still open, then agree a recovery plan before changing anything.

Do you implement on SAP HANA or SQL Server?

Both. The database choice affects reporting, integration, and hosting decisions, so we factor it into the design.

Who needs to be involved from our side?

A decision-maker, a finance owner, and a key user from each operational area. Their availability has a direct effect on the timeline.

Start with context

Show us the process, the problem, and the expected result.

For an existing system, include the SAP Business One version, database platform, affected process, and a sample if available. For new work, share the scope and key business requirements.
